We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. The IT Specialist will be responsible for helping in building and managing the IT support for Anonymous Content.

 

This position is located in Culver city, and will required on-site.

In this role you will:

 

• Working with the IT leadership to setup IT support.
• Manage and roll out of new IT support process.

• Provide remote and on-site support of software and operating system requests. Investigate, research, and resolve complex IT issues
• Respond to requests and document tickets in Service
• Have strong experience with Microsoft cloud-based services, such as Azure AD and O365 deployments
• Strong familiarity with OS like Mac & Windows 10
• Familiarity with basic administration of antimalware and modern security technology standards
• Have strong experience working in a mixed technology environment, managing macOS and iOS-based devices and integrating with Azure AD, as well as supporting some Microsoft technologies
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and configure company specific software
• Are experienced with managing Cisco infrastructure (switches, routers & APs) and Meraki firewalls
• Identify training needs, perform new user IT training and communication of IT policies and standards to improve software performance and customer service
• Help in IT departmental audit, and report findings
• Work as a technical resource for other departments to support and coordinate new and existing systems/software.

 

We are excited about you because you are:

 

• 4+ years of technical support experience (Required)
• Preferred experienced at an agency, management, or entertainment company
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field (Required)
• Have networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCIE) (Preferred)
• Have security industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) (Preferred)
• Have expertise in managing office 365, SharePoint, Azure. (Required)
• You have an interest in a growth in IT
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
• Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage high volume tickets, as well as your own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Excellent communicator with a charismatic personality
